Our Watershed Moment: The Campaign for Brewster
Working with senior leadership and the Board of Trustees, I led the design of Brewster Academy's first comprehensive capital campaign. As part of this campaign, we've set new records for all-time giving for three straight years. International Branch Campus
I was asked to take on executive leadership of an initiative to establish a branch campus in Madrid, Spain. Working with the global team, we secured operational investors for the campus. Since moving into the Head of School role at Brewster, I worked with colleagues at Brewster Madrid to coordinate efforts in preparation for the school's successful opening in September 2023.

Institutional Strategy Process
Working with senior leadership and Brewster's Board of Trustees, we reimagined the Academy's strategy process. The new approach is designed to push leadership deeper into the organization, bringing forward the creativity of faculty and staff at all levels of the school.

Crisis Management
The Covid-19 pandemic created numerous challenges for schools. I led the Covid-19 task force and worked closely with school leadership on scenario planning and financial modeling to manage through school closures and re-opening.
